The laminates and labels we use are truly packaging solutions for special tasks. The thin piece of foil we work with must perform the demanding role of both packaging and protecting a wet product – full of active ingredients. The complex production process and the very nature of the product mean that the laminates must meet a range of requirements.
The most important task of the foil – which we strictly monitor – is its barrier function. It is crucial that the product does not evaporate and retains all its properties (even after one or two years from the production date). The packaging must be 100% compatible with the label, which acts as a reusable opening.
An extremely important element is the adhesive used on the label. It must not affect the product inside in any way. Its special formula ensures that the adhesive does not dry out and allows for repeated opening and closing of the packaging.
We pay great attention to the aesthetics of our packaging. We use foils and labels with a very pleasant Soft Touch texture. These materials are soft to the touch, pleasantly smooth, and do not rustle in your hands.
We also offer Pop-Up closures – a plastic window that provides additional protection against drying out and makes opening and closing faster and easier. This type of closure is most often used on wet toilet paper, but we are able to apply it to any product, regardless of its purpose.
