Plain
The nonwoven — the carrier of our formula — makes up the largest part of our products. It is responsible for absorbing the liquid onto the skin or surface, as well as for removing impurities. Depending on the product’s intended use, it may be extremely gentle and soft for the skin, or highly durable with perforation to better collect dirt.
We offer a wide selection of nonwovens imported from qualified, verified suppliers across Europe. Each nonwoven undergoes compatibility testing with its dedicated liquid formulation during the implementation process.
Technology
At LUBA, we strongly focus on developing technology using natural fibers — those that align with the ecological trends increasingly followed by consumers and our partners. Environmental matters are extremely important to us, which is why we work extensively with natural nonwovens such as 100% viscose, 100% cellulose paper, 100% cotton, or Tencel. All of them are of 100% natural, plant origin and are biodegradable. Our natural wet paper is also suitable for flushing in toilets. It has the property of quickly breaking down into smaller and smaller piece.
Our offer includes both nonwovens made from a blend of synthetic and natural fibers (polyethylene-viscose), as well as entirely 100% natural and cellulose-based papers. The blend composition varies in proportion. The more natural fibers, the better the wipe or cloth absorbs liquid and collects it from the wiped surface. On the other hand, synthetic fibers significantly strengthen the nonwoven, making the wipe more durable. It doesn’t stretch when pulled and doesn’t tear during vigorous rubbing. Each nonwoven composition can be offered in any grammage.
